It's hard to give feedback as we have our stuff sitting in the uk somewhere. So I have no idea what condition my stuff is in.
Communication with conroys has been wonderful, though the company in the uk are hopeless. 11 days and still waiting to here when our stuff will be collected and an invoice.
This is move as been the worst to be honest. Times went way over what was said they would be.
Though the damage to a bike (which no way was accidentally sent to the US) was replaced and handled well.

Conroy's moved us to Sydney 20 years ago & when the time came to come home we had vno hesitation in asking them to move us again. We didn't bother getting competitive quotes, the one we got from Conroy's was fair & reasonable first time. Although not in the quote they delivered our motorcycle to our home at no extra charge, a bit of super service. We only had 2 breakages both packed by ourselves which was excellent for a whole container of goods. We cannot speak highly enough o9f Conroy's professional service. Thank you to all in Sydney & Napier for taking the stress out of our move.

The quotation from Conroy was competitive. The service profesional. The attention to details excellent. Conroy were caring and the packing guys were really easy to deal with. As this review is being written we have not yet received our goods. They have gone into short term storage because their arrival into UK from Australia including clearance was less than 5 weeks and we were not ready for them. We are very grateful for the high level of service from Conroy and would recommend them to anyone.
