Friendly helpful service for start to finish. We had to delay our shipping by a few months and this was no trouble to Conroys at all, we just rang them when we were ready and they arranged everything for us. We were given helpful advice on what to do with trouble items like the BBQ and vacuum cleaner. A great company to Deal with.

"Cartons were incorrectly labelled"
Cartons were incorrectly labelled at origin and caused significant confusion at the point of destination. We paid extra for the packing servcie to be completed to a professsional standard & this was not completed. Very disappointed
"not consistent with the timeline"
I was disappointed that the move was not consistent with the timeline given to us. Our furniture remained in Melbourne for almost two months before eventually being despatched to NZ. It also did not go to Wellington, but to Auckland and then was transported by land to Wellington - which meant that delicate items such as our fridge had to deal with the vibration associated with land transport. That said, Conroys eventually got the furniture to us on a Friday (but only after a few phone calls indicating our dissatisfaction with the time it had taken). The administration staff passed us around to others a bit but I found the field staff (furniture removal guys) to be friendly and efficient. Decent blokes who went out of their way for us. Because of that I will be recommending Conroy's services to others.

"The pick up was seamless at both ends"
I have been importing motorcycles from overseas for several years and this was the first time I had done so from Australia. Overall the experience was great, competitively priced, efficient and I was kept well informed of progress. The pick up was seamless at both ends and everything Conroy said they would do was done with the minimum of fuss. The only things that were a bit disappointing was that when I picked the bike up from Auckland, there was no importation paperwork with the bike and this was promised to be e-mailed to me. I am still waiting, (I would appreciate it if you could chase that up for me). Also, despite the easy payment options, I didn't think it was fair being charged a commission on a Debit Card transaction! Otherwise I was very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to use Conroy again or recommend Conroy to others.

I was very pleased with the service I was given by the consultant who helped us with our move. It made it easier to cope with all the stress that I was under. I would be more than happy to recommend Conroys Dandenong to anyone who is thinking of moving.
Too hard to understand your pricing etc. We had to clarify multiple times what the amounts we had to pay were & what they covered. Also very unimpressed to find out that another persons items had been shipped with ours when we had been assured multiple times that ours was a sole use container. Communication was prompt but very confusing. Items were packed well but we did have a small amount of damage, not worth claiming insurance for but one of our mattresses has a small hole in it and we had a couple of collectors edition bottles of liquor broken.
