I found our removal guys to be very professional both sides of the Tasman. When they unpacked in Rotorua they were great. It was quick and they set up my bedroom perfectly. AND there wasn't a scratch on anything. Fantastic. Thanks again Conroy Removalists.

Thank you to everyone at Conroy Removals for your expert and professional help begining from day 1 in Perth with Lee coming out to my house for the inital quote. He was very efficient and was able to answer every query. I felt I could ask Lee any question at any time after he had left and he certainly gave the impression I was no bother ( apologies Lee if I was really!). He was also very patient and understanding when I probably took too long to finalise the itemised list, having been put off by the customs requirements in NZ but he helped out again with answers and assurances.
Vela was also of enormous help and support. Again I was not made to feel incompetent by my mistakes. In fact it was quite nice to see him in person and Lee again when I had to drive to the depot with a forgotten box. (Totally my mistake with a box I'd forgotten under a bed).
With all the stress and demands of re-locating it is a huge relief to have a friendly and personable removal team who completely take care of the packing and transporting prcess.
In NZ Luke and Shane were fantastic and had the truck unloaded with amazing speed , hardly breaking into a sweat!. I walked into the house expecting to see a chaos of boxes everything and they had thoughtfully placed the boxes in groups in the rooms with plenty of walking around space giving space also to unpack easily.
We first used Conroy Removals in 2010 when moving to Perth and I had no hesisitation to go to the same company on our return to NZ. I am happy to say my recent experience was as great as the first time.
I don't plan on another re-location - still unpacking this one! But you never know and if so then I would definitely give Conroy Removals a call.

"Great service either end"
Great service either end. Only thing was probably a rushed finish to packing up which lead to the door being pushed into the wall causing damage to an internal wall, which we was repaired before we knew of it causing us to loose some of our bond.... and on arrival no blanket under final straps causing damage to our super king matress in the form of a rip and grease marks which given logistics and time restraints we chosen to s. Otherwise great service from friendly efficient staff on both sides of the Tasman.

"we got what we paid for"
Unfortunately we were disappointed with our experience with Conroys. We chose the cheapest option to move our household goods back to NZ and we got what we paid for. Our belongings arrived 2 weeks later than promised, damage to goods through inadequate packing, lack of communication once goods had left Australia and rude response from driver when requesting empty boxes to be picked up. As I said, we got what we paid for.

Right from the beginning, my experience was positive. I received a few quotes and Conroy wasn't the cheapest, but I felt like I could trust them which was impotant to me. The guys who packed up our stuff were friendly and took a lot of care to make sure everything was safe and the guys who dropped it off on the other side were the same.
I can't reccommend you guys highly enough.
