"Terrible service"
The reason we choose conroy was because of delivery times we were told. As of now its 4 weeks after or expected date and still have no furniture. Terrible service especially seeing we paid extra for container to leave immediately from collection of our things. No one mentioned that it wouldn't leave till 2 weeks after. Living in a house with no furniture for a month on a blow up matress isnt fun. 28 April was collection of our things. We still dont have them!!!
"I am very disappointed in your services"
I am very disappointed in your services as you lost one of my boxes and not contacted me about it, of which it had a laptop in!!! A lot of my stuff was broken and wrecked, I don't believe that people's belongings are handled with care as they should be, the guys that dropped my belongings off were rude, so unhappy with the service on the NZ side.

"very proffessional and efficient"
The time period was at the maximun of the agreed amount but everything else was very proffessional and efficient and all our stuff arrived as it had left.

The only reason I haven't given you a 5 star is due to the fact that one of the gentlemen who was there on both pack up and move days (older guy quite scruffy) thought it would be funny to pack 100 kgs of weights from a weight machine in one box. When I asked for them to be split up as I was unable to move the box my request was ignored, I knew I would need to shift the box at its destination as I have placed everything in storate. When the delivery guys at this end had to shift the box they were also surprised to discover that the weights were all in one box. I have also advised the NZ branch of my concerns in regard to this matter. Not only was it impossible for me to pick up the box it is a health and safety issue and could cause someone serious injury, All other people I dealt with in relation to my move were excellent.

"I would consider using Conroys again"
I have today sent a feedback email to the Sydney office, attention Davide, outlining my disappointment in regards to a hold up with delivery of my goods due to a money transfer issue between the PNG agent and Conroy. I paid in full, in advance, for all services, yet I am disadvantaged when the internal processes are held up. I would consider using Conroys again, however only if this issue can be remediated immediatly and my delivery, which I am told by the internal agent will now be Monday - 6 weeks after having been packed and sent.

While delivery was within time frames requested I was disappointed 1/. that the quoted price finished up $1,000 over quote 2/. Once unpacking was complete 70 plus cartons where filled with paper - excess wrapping and unnecessary paper included in the boxes would have amounted to 50% of this volume which means I paid for space I did not require 3/. though we had discussed and agreed that empty space would be filled with fillers, i.e. cushions, blankets, towels, pillows etc. to save space this did not happen, on the contrary everything was emptied, as a result more volume for shipping was required - the benefit in this shift was for the insurance company and those who get paid for volume not for effective packing or for customer satisfaction. –
I have had 9 International shifts over the past 25 years so I am totally aware of volume packing, insurance protection and what is required in such a move!
At the end of the day for this move I was disappointed - not requesting a response as I know it will be justification of what has been provded!

Everything was excellent, especially the contact person.
But it took two and a half months to arrive i New Zealand after packing in Dee Why!!!
