Really good communication from both countries; excellent customer service & affordable. Would definitely recommend them & Willis use again in the future if need be .

Great experience on the Brisbane end with everything going pretty smoothly.

Deteriorated a little at the ChCh destination with a final rush as the consignment was loaded and ready to go then advised us it was coming with less than an hours notice.

Not one of the most successful relocations I have done, I have used this company on previous moves with no issues until now. Tv cabinet missing and a section to my lounge suite. Driver Glen who delivered was great his helper not so great banged furniture into walls had no idea what he was doing just dropped boxes on the floor with little care. Some items damaged slightly. TV only 6 months old damaged now needs replaced. So not overally happy.

One of the crew packing our items were less experienced and placed handbags/hats on the bottom of the box prior to placing heavy items on top. This resulted in damaged handbags/hats. Overall, satisfactory.

Thanks to the excellent communication and service the move was a lot easier than I expected.

No complaints at all. Everything arrived undamaged .

bad feed back because of the poor quality of the packing. Our clothes are all completly creased, we can't wear it without a dry-cleaning for many of them. It was not at all the case when our stuff arrived from France to Australia.
