Very friendly and helpful staff all the way through.  Even with such a small move, you still made me feel like valued customer.

Have been so helpful and kept me up to date regularly. Very impressed with the company it has made moving from one country to another a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

Your team always does such an excellent job and delivers beyond expectations. This was an unusual move but we were really pleased with how it was handled.  I frequently refer people to you.

I'm so impressed. Thank you thank you thank you.  I was worried about shipping my stuff back from Melbourne to NZ. I shouldn't have been. I was always updated and kept in the loop with what was happening. Even though there were delays with shipping( outside of your control) it was so comforting to know my order was being looked after. The men that dropped my items off let me know they were coming and were so friendly. Nothing broken. You could tell it was packaged and handled with care. Thank you!!!!

So helpful and accommodating...effortless pick up and so helpful with delivery. Communicated all the way. We were never left questioning where our goods were. The team assisted with new delivery details and nothing was too much trouble. It was totally stress free...

Amazing - from start to finish. All our items turned up safe and secure and in a great timeframe. The whole process was easy and communicated thoroughly.  

These guys are the best hands down, will be using again if we decide to do a big move again.

Thank goodness I found these guys online. Right from the get go they have been nothing but fantastic in handling my bags from Sydney to Auckland. The customer service in both countries has been absolutely outstanding and nothing was too much for them to handle. I highly recommend these guys and will definitely be using them again in the future!
