I was asked last night about my experience and would I recommend your company and said 100% YES. My move itself hasn't gone to plan so I have taken our car and personal items needed. The rest Conroys have in storage until we're ready for delivery.
The service from Conroys was excellent. But unfortunately the third party hired by Conroy in Pakistan was not a nice experience. Till date they owe me around 500AUD (70k PKR) despite my repeat reminders. The money was initially requested as a security deposit in case of unexpected costs. Despite the fact that they have agreed on the refund, it has not been processed till date. Which is a year later. And hence the reason for this delayed feedback
Wonderful service all round, great communications especially the updates when moving can be very stressful. Great delivery driver and his offsider , found our place ok in the Hokianga, which is a bonus.
Would reccomend Conroys to anyone.

The team was very responsive when I contacted them especially as we changed our plans a few times. They linked us to a great contact in Bali. Our shipment was in a good condition when it arrived. A few moldy pieces but overall great. I would recommend Conroy.
Excellent and professional service. Everything was packed safely, and arrived at it's destination in good condition. The staff were calm and professional. I highly recommend using Conroy.
Very happy with how process managed
I feel our belongings were handled far too many times. As expected goods were jam packed into the container for every available space to be filled. That being said naturally that would happen, however no care taken for placement as dents were made on 1 of our fridges, entertainment unit backing was broken like it had been kicked. Outdoor table frame was bent in 4 places like heavy boxes were placed on top with stuff put underneath to bear the weight. 1 leg was damaged thru being pulled possibly when dragged & God knows where the glass top ended up, as I watched them wrap it separately but it never made its destination. Dresser leg was snapped off because it was trolleyed into place not lifted, like we have moved so many times before. Communication at the start of our journey was poor. At destination was slightly better. Fail to understand our belongings are in your hands & yet if we do not insure thru you because of your ridiculous prices, and our goods are damaged or lost whilst in your care you are not liable??? You harp on about professionalism, but have such a big step to get there. It's like purchasing something in a shop and if it's broken you can't take it back tough luck. We have moved domestically soo many times ourselves and have packed everything ourselves with care and know how it's done. This being the 1st time using a removalist because we had to, just watching so called professionals have no order in placement, we knew it wasn't going to end well.

Nothing but positive feedback for everyone who helped us move our home from Australia to New Zealand. We've had great communication throughout the whole process and everyone we've dealt with has been professional, courteous and patient. The whole process was transparent, no surprises and everything went smoothly.
The crew who came and packed up our house were awesome. They were professional, personable and made the experience of packing up our home of 20 years less daunting.
