Where do I begin? Packing good, Rhonda and Brisbane office very good, but 3 weeks after our goods got cleared in Christchurch from customs and inspection where are they??? I asked the question of Conroys Christchurch "why are my goods sitting goodness know where afternoon inspection for THREE WEEKS AND THREE days and they didn't give me the courtesy of a reply. it wasn't as if these goods were not expected, they were uplifted on may 12 from Brisbane. So please could someone please explain why it takes another 3weeks and 3 days for NZ end to deliver my goods. We paid a fortune for a good service and not only will NZ end respond to why the delay, the other communications have been way off. I got call from NZ office "What box number is your lawnmower in" what box are you medicines in? Really, that is what we paid you to organise. Then we get email complaining we need to fill out forms urgently. When I rang in a panic as to what we had not filled in the said "ohh we want your address" beyond inefficient. We had better get every box returned to us in good order after 3 weeks and 3 days sitting wherever they are. I would not recommend this company to anyone and intend to make an official complaint. Disgusting, the NZ office told me they didn't get an invortory form the goods marked correctly,n sorry dont believe that, Rhonda in Brisbane was very good, the issues are at the NZ end. We had a personal phone call from the MPI inspector to tell us our goods had passed, yet it was 4 days later before we got the email from office informing us of this and then to be told we would be living from our 2 suitcases for over two more weeks before they could deliver, bad form. Not happy at all.

I can highly recommend Conroys Removals. The whole moving process was stress free. I was able to get an online video assessment of my inventory. Multiple team members supported information sharing along the way - from phonecalls to ensure I was organised for removal to email updates of the progress of my contents from Australia to New Zealand. The removal team arrived as planned - on time and in good form. The delivery team was equally upbeat and placed all of my boxes into the garage. A really excellent experience!

Very good service. Polite, friendly and efficient. A bit pricy but worth it as nothing of our bellowings broke, and coming from Oz to Spain is a long journey, we were expecting a few breaks....happily not. Well done.
The freight forwarder in the UK John Mason Transport were terrible to deal with - very rude and condescending replies to simple questions, plus misleading information. Due to their incompetence, we also ended up paying £56 in duty and taxes on 40 years old photos and books and memorabilia. At one stage they said I had to pay inheritance tax on my fathers ashes that were also in the box!! We have used Conroy removals on 3 occasions now and the 2 previous occasions (with other UK freight handlers) went without a hitch. I would seriously recommend reviewing your current arrangement with John Mason Transport for UK freight management. If we were to use Conway in the future and the consignment had to go through John Mason Transport, I would go elsewhere. Conway staff have always been courteous and helpful.

From start to finish, the customer service has left a lot to be desired. I've had to chase emails on a number of occasions and getting an explanation of the process, particularly import duties, proved almost impossible. It's now over four months since my goods were collected and I've still not taken delivery of them. I've also been charged for port storage because there are delays in the UK ports. I feel this is particularly unfair as I have no control over this. I can't comment on the state of my goods at this point, I'm hoping they arrive in good condition! On a positive note, the two men who collected my goods were pleasant and efficient.
The service was very reliable and effiecient. It was also resonably priced handled with care and arrived at the destonation. It took longer than was first given however the agents here gave me lots of feedback and up-to-date news regarding the time for arrival. I would definately let others know about this service as I have been very satisfied with it to date.
Although it took longer to receive our shipping containers than initially predicted we were dealing with a pandemic so we made allowances for that extra time delay. Communication was good with a smooth transition from Sydney to NZ staff. Great removal men on both sides who were fast and efficient packing and Unpacking our personal effects. Conroys know what they're doing and definitely recommend them to anyone looking to relocate internationally.
Overall very positive except the time taken for goods to actually depart Australia and to be delivered in Vancouver was way more than initially estimated by Conroy, notwithstanding the problems caused by covid which I fully understand . But in this instance, more communication would have been appreciated. My goods will be delivered soon, well over 5 months after I gave this business to Conroy. It has just taken way too long and I would have looked at other options given this information.
