From the first phone call to my belongings been delivered to Ireland the customer service and the professionalism of all staff was excellent, thank you all for giving me a great experience.

Apparently the shipment arrived at the Wellington depot on 08/02/2022, and were waiting to be unloaded and quarantinechecked. My belongings still have not been delivered, nor have I had any communication since above mentioned date. So I am pretty unhappy to put it politely
I would highly recommend the Australian side!! Janelle and the boys were above amazing! the New Zealand side how ever has been totally rubbish. Next to no communication. Our stuff was bio cleared 2 weeks ago. And still no delivery date. No replies. I have a small family that has a empty house and we are depending on conroys to provide a quick and efficient turn around with no luck. ( nz side only ).
Conroy are by far the most professional and efficient business to help in your move. I would highly recommend using their service
The overall process was well done and Karen did a great job with arranging the logistics and coordination. There were some minor issues during the uplift which made the experience rather unpleasant.
The team that came to collect the boxes were late by about 2 hours and one of them was rather rude about it as the road conditions were partly blocked by the construction site beside my residence. I was on the receiving end of some unpleasant comments from one of them even though they were late. Other than that, I have to compliment the team for packing the boxes and my television well, which arrived in good condition.
One suggestion that I would like Conroy to consider is to reduce the use of paper for packing. It is really excessive and the paper typically gets disposed off once we unpack.
Customer service was at times slow to reply, disorganised and not able to provide clarity when asked questions. original quote doubled "due to covid", increased again in a video quote and then on moving day they tried to say there was more than what was quoted. Several items delivered were damaged (bedside tables, glassware, dining table). on delivery the team was friendly, however said they'd assemble at least one bed which they didn't. I've tried to contact by phone ans email in regards to collection of boxes but have not been told when this would happen.

If the commercial team was very good, the packing has been terrible. Except for the team leader on site who obviously was a professional, the rest of the team did a disgusting job. Things got packing with no care ally all. For instance, but not only: soaps were not wrapped and leaked in the box on our belongings, removalists' rubbish got thrown in the box with our belongings, hard squashed under books, clothes throws in the box instead of placing the piles of clothes netly, one bed fame damaged, an so on. Removalist at destination were as chocked as me of the poor work done at packing. i am terribly disappointed and fell abused.
i will never neither use Conroy Removals anymore not recommend their services, quite the opposite actually.
