My lamps are missing and boxes and couple of bags of clothes I haven't had the time to sort this out with the nz branch as I've started my new job in Wellington , I have contacted the nz branch twice they have not returned my phone calls , I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL

Great service from start to finish. Everything was done in a professional manner and within reasonable timeframes considering the current Covid situation. Customer service and communication was good both from Perth WA and also from New Zealand. The final unpack and install will take place next week and hopefully there will be no damage to my furniture or other packaged belongings.

Whilst we haven't received delivery yet, the process up to now has been awesome. The removal team were great fun, hard working and did a great job.

NZ customs forms out of date

Lost some paperwork  eg copies of passports.

Still happy with service and would use you again subject to condition of goods in Conroy's storage NZ. Thanks

We were very pleased with the service we received in regards to the uplifting of our furniture, the prompt packing and communication, although we were hit with an extra cost due to shipping expenses. At the moment, I am still awaiting communication for the delivery of my furniture.  It has been well over 2 months since it was uplifted. It arrived in NZ around 28.8.21, shipped to Wgtn 3.9.21, cleared by MPI Quarantine at Conroys Depot on 13.9.21. I was advised someone would contact me for delivery but have heard nothing to date, considering the storage place, it is to be delivered to, is only 5 mins from the Depot. It would be nice to have some communication on this end instead of me keep chasing up.
