Justin and Janelle at the Dandenong Branch were fantastic. Justin was flexible and kept me up to date through the process. Janelle was happy to help with the paperwork and quick response from any questions I had. Nothing was to big or to small. Absolutely appreciate the service and it made getting my deceased brothers belongings home without any stress.
Would recommend them in a heartbeat and definitely use them again.

Only one let down for me was the accessories switch was left on and the bike arrived dead flat battery. The assurance I was asking for at the drop point regarding battery disconnection and handling was brushed off and had left without the confidence I needed. At this point am awaiting news that the battery condition has not been compromised. Aside from this very pleased with all other aspects of service/communication and timing of arrival thank you
I did have a lot to with the Australia side of things but the guys that unloaded in New Zealand were very helpful, friendly and efficient. However we are yet to receive our dining table.
We found it very challenging to communicate with the sales agent and the Ops team. In our opinion we had a simple query - we wanted to ship our houselhold contents ahead of us flying to New Zealand and allow for any delays due to Covis. After a number of legthy calls with Conroy when both myself and my husband were told that it wasn't possible and we had to be in the country before the goods arrived I ended up contacting NZ customs myselft to confirm it was not a problem at all. We have agreed on a certain sailing date but got booked on a later vessel, which ended up being further delayed by a week. The was no commuication post goods uplift to advise us of any dates or delays. I had to initiate contact to see what was going on. Once NZ team took over we've had regular updates although there was still some confusion around booking delivery and whether of not customs were cleared at that point.
The whole process from booking to the arrival of my stuff was straightforward. It all arrived in good condition and within the projected timeframe despite the COVID complications. The price was reasonable and your staff at both ends were friendly and professional. You were recommended to me by friends who had used you for their move from Australia to NZ and I'm glad I took their advice.
