The customer service was superb. I had a lot of questions and they all got answered in a timely manner. I was kept informed along the way as the relocation progressed. Would definitely recommend!

Great communication, awesome service and very straight forward process with no hidden costs. Moved from Sydney to far north NZ and although there was port congestion, we got our stuff in the end without damages. I'm a happy customer!

We actually had a cheaper shipping option but because Conroys was quick to answer and provide us with the information we needed we felt it was an indication of there service and went with Conroys

The whole experience was awesum. The only thing I would suggest is when dismantling things like beds . Tables etc that that screws and bolts are taped to the items so that we dont have to open every box to find them. I did explain that only certain things would be used when I got my container delivered as the rest would remain in storage so finding the screws etc was impossible
The rep who turned up to quote while he was a nice man he never really explained the situation and pricing/options very clearly things felt very rushed. Eg, a 20ft container turned up and loaded all our things in but we were charged for a 40ft it doesn't look very good and wasn't explained clearly why. Removal and delivery services were first class and the men who worked both sides of the move I could not find a bad word if I tried
I have moved personal belongings backwards and forwards from Australia to South Africa many times and this was the most pleasant, straight forward, effortless move ever ! From the lovely chaps who carefully wrapped and packed the items at my address in Australia, to the custom made crate that they arrived in in Cape Town. Perfect and applauseworthy service.
The only issue I have is that the packers did not give a detailed inventory of what was packed in each ctns I was asked a number of times for help identifying certain items on the NZ side which they could not find. This meant they had to open each ctn until they found what they were looking for. I made sure I had placed all items I was declaring together to make it easier for MPI to check and clear at the other end but these items were not packed together, they were spread throught out the consignment which made it difficult for the guys at the other end to find. Now I knew the items that would have to be checked and the advice I was given from Lee was put them altogether, if the packers atre not on then same page then it is a complete waste of time.
