Everything that Conway Removals did for me was without a doubt excellent. My problem was naievty at this end and what it all entailed. I would like to thank Lee in Perth and the initial packers of my household goods, your service was absolutely top notch. Then at this end I communicated endlessly with Lynn in Auckland. Thankyou Lynn for enlightening me every step of the way. You all were marvellous. I have taken the added step if having my goods delivered personally from Auckland to the Bay of Islands, arranged by Lynn. That will take place tomorrow. Once again a big thank you. Very disappointed that the staff had no idea of the extra things needed to bring a car that was project car. It could not be driven and was back to steal case. Gary was rude and spoke to my wife unprofessionally, yes she was upset but she did not deserved to be yelled at. As soon as they had our money the company did not care or were at all helpful. Upon opening our boxes every glass item was broken. We will never and will ensure others use Conroy's again.

I was truly amazed with the service I received from Conroy Removals from the time they picked up my belongings from Australia until they arrived in New Zealand . I was advised when my shipment left Australia . All details of the shipment , when to expect arrival in New Zealand when Customs etc had cleared the shipment everything it was an amazing service. And I would certainly recommend their service and also use Conroy Removals again one word describes their Service and that is "Excellent"
Good service, easy to contact about any queries. I was using an NZ and Aus number at time of delivery and was only called on NZ number which wasnt active initially. This resulted in a late delivery as I wasnt aware I had been contacted. Other than that was great thank you.
Wonderful team Sydneyside, door to door pickup and drop off was fantastic.I thought the delivery would be very delayed due to Auckland being in a lockdown just after the containers were disembarked. However MAF and customs must have been on their A game because there was a very short wait to get the boxes down to Wellington.
One improvement would be actually notifying the date of delivery. There was an email sent relaying that I would be contacted to let me know the date for the drop off, however the only warning I received was a phone call from the truck driver when they were on the doorstep. Fortunately we were only 10 minutes drive, but it would have been preferable to have been aware of the day at least. My assumption was that it was a one off.

I have yet to collect my belongings from storage but the whole procress with conroys has been so streamline. Completing an overseas move from another country was so stressful but conroys took a lot of that stress away as soon as they arrived to pack by house. Every step I was notified on when something was happening or when it had arrived somewhere knew, it took the stress away completley of having to reach out to ask. A huge thank you to Justin Urlich for the intial procress of my move, to Janelle Maybury for organising everything in Melbourne and Susan West in New Zealand, you are all super.
Everything was great except the lost box, and except the communication (or lack of) between conroys staff. The packers in Melbourne were great and efficient and turned up early, though they didn't label boxes/ask what was in each box correctly, as I later found out this can affect insurance claims. I got constant updates with where it was on the journey and responses were very quick. When it came to claim for a missing box no information was passed on to the person processing them which was frustrating. Overall not bad.
I am very much disappointed from the service. Things went very well from Sydney team (they been so awesome) but NZ team is so poor in communication and delayed delivery of my shippment. I received email from Susan West on April 02, 2021 which was 17 days ago, saying "received shipping container at Napier Port, we will uplift cargo and trasnport to the warehouse for delivery to Wellington". Since then I am following up but no response from NZ team. Due to this poor service, my family is badly impacted because we already bought 10% of the things that we already shipped and suppose to get in due time frame of 5 weeks. I will be raising my concern to the consumer tribunal in AU/NZ.
