Communication was positive until delivery was due, we were not contacted about delivery until I followed up and then no call the day prior to confirm a time. The packing and unpacking teams were great, very helpful and friendly.

The only area that we were disappointed at was the gross overestimation of weight and volume of our shipment. The actual amount as picked up was under half our volume and weight allowance, however, the estimation was that at or above our limit. The pickup team was great, very efficient, if anything, some more detailed documentation would be appreciated.
Only because expected delivery was start of April, it has had the date changed to 19th now to 29th, I understand this is cause of the ships but to be unload into Melbourne and still sit in Australia for 3 weeks before being put on another ship to New Zealand, a little annoying, and still haven't received it
Thankyou for such wonderful service which took all the stress out of my international shift from Australia to New Zealand - great removal guys - great communication from management & efficiency every step of the way - very accommodating & understanding when I changed my final drop off address - fantastic service.
I am very much disappointed from the service. Things went very well from Sydney team (they been so awesome) but NZ team is so poor in communication and delayed delivery of my shippment. I received email from Susan West on April 02, 2021 which was 17 days ago, saying "received shipping container at Napier Port, we will uplift cargo and trasnport to the warehouse for delivery to Wellington". Since then I am following up but no response from NZ team. Due to this poor service, my family is badly impacted because we already bought 10% of the things that we already shipped and suppose to get in due time frame of 5 weeks. I will be raising my concern to the consumer tribunal in AU/NZ.
I was very pleased with your service, and have passed on my recommendation to friends moving from Australia. Your communication with me was great. I don't think there's any improvement needed.
Everything that Conway Removals did for me was without a doubt excellent. My problem was naievty at this end and what it all entailed. I would like to thank Lee in Perth and the initial packers of my household goods, your service was absolutely top notch. Then at this end I communicated endlessly with Lynn in Auckland. Thankyou Lynn for enlightening me every step of the way. You all were marvellous. I have taken the added step if having my goods delivered personally from Auckland to the Bay of Islands, arranged by Lynn. That will take place tomorrow. Once again a big thank you. Packing a couple of minor issues at present, we only received our goods yesterday 5 May 2021 a couple of small breakages at this stage.
Where a green barrow was packed the handle with you guys had to detach in order to wrap properly we cannot locate the handle although only early stages of our unpack. I initially thought it would have been kept together with the barrow?
It is going to take us at least a couple of weeks to fully unpack overall so far the service in Australia was great thank you Michael O'leary and Rhonda Jepson from Brisbane for your amazing service.
