Great service this far, still to arrange drop off to destination in NZ but due to Level 4 lockdown things are on hold. Looking forward to NZ economy opening up a bit.
Amazing service and my goods arrived quickly! Within two weeks! Unfortunately a couple of damaged items but that is to be expected. Very happy with the service.
I repeatedly advised I needed my goods to be cleared in Italy. Regardless they were sent to Rotterdam where they are now stuck. Even before the borders closed I had the chocie of paying $1000 to clear them there; or tto change my residency status in Italy to have them cleared in Italy where I have diplomatic status. As a resultt I have nothing, I will be paying storage. And I still have to decide how to cover the extra cost, and find ways of changing my status in order to get my goods. I AM SO ANGRY. I have the screenshots of my repeated requests, and the assurances from all the COnroy staff that it will be cleared in ITALY. I have also let you know my predicament, and have yet to have anyone offer assistance, or any compensation.
Everything appeared to go well over the two days of packing. I cannot say for sure how well things were packed until we open them at the other end. But my interactions with Isaac were respectful and helpful. He sent photos so I could see how things were going. The job was done in the agreed timeframe. Given the COVID-19 restrictions, I was not able to meet with the packers but I left detailed instructions. They followed these well and checked-in with me on anything they were not sure about. Thank you.

Guys that work for you were terrific cant speak highly enough of them both sides in australia and here in new zealand ...great workers and nice guys , and the conditions they worked in australia side the heat was over in the 40s , then here in nz was rain , hail, then snow and they still kept working ...staff kept us informed when and what was happening , would recommend Conroys great service , we still have furn to come so hoping this process will be the same and run smoothly ...also John Rowden was really good to deal with ..Thanks Colleen and Trevor
My boxes arrived at their destination torn and squashed, including those visibly labled as Fragile. One fragile item was broken but I have not claimed as it is less than the insurance excess. I was very unhappy with the state of my boxes and concerned my goods were damaged through the unpacking process.
The delivery turned up at my house without any notice or communication. The last update I had from Conroy was my goods had arrived and were going through quarantine. It was pure luck that my partner was home when the arrival happend. I had no opportunity to inspect my goods at the time of delivery and could only do this when I came home that evening.

Status We believe Container is in Southampton - We are awaiting notice on delivery date to Flat in Plymouth + Holdup due to Virus lockdown.
