Your packing and delivery staff are a delight. Nothing got broken. Whilst we appreciate that things move outside of your control your communication didn't meet our expectations and was disappointing. We were advise of a delivery day being Monday 6th or later that week. We had no contact so I emailed and rang persistently from the 6th when no delivery arrived. We had to plan alternate accommodation. I finally made contact and was advised of all your internal processes but no date could be given but likely the end of the week or early the following. The Ops Manager did not contact us. We did get a contact to ask if they could deliver our fumigated goods but were surprised when I said we had not yet received our shipment. We were later contacted and advised that delivery would be Mon13th.
Again being a week late is not ideal but the lack of contact is not so sadly our experience was not satisfactory. Please do mention that you Melbourne and Auckland packing and delivery crews were absolutely excellent.
Totally happy with service. Cost was fair .. and arrived a bit early and in good condition. This is the second great experience I have had with Conroys . Thank you
Karen was very helpful during the initial stages of the move and the team confirmed documents and were responsive to queries. They also organised new shipping dates and storage for us.
Would love to see a car cleaning service and pick up offered as I did find that part a bit stressful worrying about how clean to get the car for its NZ shipping.
My experience with Conroy in Queensland was exceptional Gary,Jaymee were excellent. However I can not say the same for the Auckland end.
The staff were not pro active in notifying me of the delays in clearing my goods. I had to initiate the emails to inquire as to what was going on,( see email trail).
I have now got my car but the rest of my possessions are still being held,why I do not know and have had no reply to my latest inquiry sent a number of days ago.
I was quoted my grammars would take 7 to 9 weeks for goods to be delivered to Nz address, it's going onto 11 weeks, not happy at all
Loved it easiest company to deal with and apologies to Jaymee for amending my quote so many times - the lads that loaded my shipping to the truck were so helpful dismantling my bed and taking the stress out of things I highly recommended and thank everyone that was involved - flawless experience
I do not really know how t rate my experience. I droped off my stuff on July 27, 2019, I was told it would take up to 3 month to reach destination.
The shippment arrived at Vancouver port aound Dec 1, 2019
I have not received them yet.
That is really disappointing
good communicaters and goods well packed and all delivered in one piece.
A Job carried out with great expertise,,, all arrived Thailand safely with very little damage,excellent service from this side, delivery to home no .1 service thanking all involved ,very happy with overall result,,,Bunga and Bob,,, unpacked in Thailand
