Absolutely brilliant service from initial inquiry. Great communication until final delivery. I was informed my boxes were ready for delivery on 29th October. With no further notice the truck arrived on 1st November. Fortunately I was at home. One little slip up but I would still use and recommend your company.
Everyone I spoke to was helpful and professional. The move went exactly as promised, I was kept informed at all times and delivery was as promised and efficient. I was very happy with everything.

I have had 7 moves when I was in the army and this was the most professional. No items were damaged throughout the move. The time frames for the delivery were within the specified dates. The Larger items were wrapped professionally. I will use Conroy on our return to australia in a few years.

The Australian leg of the move was painless and Conroy did an exceptional job. The blokes who performed the pickup were fantastic.
NZ side has been good with relatively frequent updates. A bit gutted that it by the time it finally arrives it would have been sitting at the port/Napier Depot for a month... If I'd known it would have taken so long I would have organised to go and pick it up myself as its only 2.5 hours away.
On unpacking our items, two drawer units were broken completely. The removal company this end opened them in my view to find them broken and expalined how they had been poorly packed and thet weight had been poorly distributed and that when packed had failed to be placed carefully enough to avoid damage. The units were pieces of furniture bought in Australia so not replaceable and were two of only four cabinets we brought back. it was suggested to me that the items had been stacked on top of one another and hence the additional weight worsened the damage. The comapany have taken photographs of the damage.
