Very disappointed with NZ leg. Susan asked for documentation that had been uploaded to the portal and provided already. No communication regarding delivery at all. I had to keep touching base to see what was happening. Delivery was delayed.
Delivery guys were nice and friendly and was happy with this service.
Would definitely recommend if using in Melbourne, not sure regarding international service.
I would definitely recommend Conroys removals to anyone. Absolutely awesome company, having support from everyone in the company from Perth to New Zealand. I’m really impressed with everything. Hi Conroy Removals, Overall we were very happy with your service and at all stages of the move , we found your company to be professional and courteous. From the original quote to pick up and delivery , we were kept well informed and given helpful advice re the overseas customs and quarrantine paperwork. We had 2 small mishaps, one was a broken piece of glass on a picture and the other was a missing key from the motorbike. The motorbike was not a big deal as i had kept spare sets anyway and the glass was just one of those things and not a huge thing in the overall move. We would use Conroy again, and in fact will probably do so in the next 12 months and more than likely a full container this time . . Once again many thanks .. Paul and Jo ....
