Overall service was really good, really good communication from both Australia and New Zealand branches.

We found Conroy Removal excellent service. Their staff were more than helpful with our inquiries also very friendly and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them.

Moved a small shipment of furniture and personal effects from Melbourne to Central Otago, NZ. Fast, efficient, all intact. Was kept updated on progress. Couldn't ask for more!

This company serves you well until you pay your invoice. It goes down hill from there.

I will never use Conroy again or recommend using them to anyone, if you do get sucked in don't bother getting insurance.

Late delivery, poor communication, unreasonable policies they don't point out, untrained delivery staff, the list goes on were all part of our bad experience

Very unhappy customer and a proud owner of many items damaged in transit that compensation has been refused on.

The whole experience was very easy. However we weren’t notified of our delivery day and had a call yesterday from the guys to say they were at our place and we were 2 hours away because we knew nothing about it!

this meant that after a long day out in the car we got home to our stuff in the back yard (which we gave permission for them to do) and we had to move it all inside which was a bit disappointing.

they said we were their last drop off before heading back to Auckland. 

It would’ve been nice to have a call to say our stuff was coming and we could’ve been home. Thankfully it wasn’t raining.

I  really appreciated Conroy's friendly email responses and updates. Items were packed well. It concerned me to see my heavy antique,heirloom table being passed up from the footpath below over a high wide large hedge instead of carrying it through the house. Also nervous to see the casual manner in which the friendly unpacker ran his sharp knife into packaging without establishing where the invisible item inside was sited.Upsetting to see the raw new chip off this antique table which was previously in perfect condition- I told the unpacker we needed to go though the disposed packing material to find the chip. He ignored me. Fortunately we found the chip of wood on the ground. I would use Conroys again - but would request they used different delivery/ unpacking staff.
