We really thank Jaymes and Sophie they we're incredible and made everything so much easier for us they took all the pressure off and made it all run smoothly , they we're always there on the end of the phone for any questions. Huge thankyou to them both. Only thing we we're concerned about was when the truck arrived to pickup our furniture the driver didn't listen to us about the grass being a bit soft and backed into the driveway wrong and ended up calling off the drive way as he took it to sharp then instead of going forward to get out he put his foot down in reverse so then he sunk and buried all my rock wall and wrecked the garden. The truck was on such a lean we all thought it was going to tip over. The cost to fix it all was just a truck of metal but it took us 5 hours of time that we didn't have to spare as had to be out that weekend. The guys we're very nice but the driver wasn't very oppologetic. Other than that they did a good job . Karen and Andrew Civil
Conroys were easy to contact, responded to questions quickly, and were very helpful with the mant forms requred for Customs and Biosecurity (we packed the container ourselves).
They made a stressful move much easier.
My car was delivered in NZ damaged and yet I was declined my claim which I paid insurance for. Conroys took no responsibility. Absolutely appalling and disgusting service.
Overall service is excellent, 7 boxes were left behind and delivered the following day

When packing items that may need to be checked by in a country that has import regulations around plant/animal/soil, that the team better mark the boxes that have items of interest for inspection. Rather than having to contact the customer to ask which box(es) they might be in.
