Excellent communication, great service in Australia. However the delivery person in NZ was quite rude, and spoke down to me. Argumentative when I requested that he unstack the boxes on to the floor instead of having up to 4 boxes stacked on top of each other. Note: Though I'd paid for the packages to be unpacked and the cartons taken away, I opted not to do this, so I actually saved them time. However, I was told that my request for him to unstack the boxes from the trolley was 'doubling up' the work for him. According to him, I should be grateful that he is delivering my goods to me.

Overall satisfactory, Australian team were fantastic in terms of communication and the process was pretty seamless 

found the Nz team to be less I suppose organised with communication from the point of arrival in port to delivery of goods..

delivery guys were fantastic...

thanks to Jaymee in Brisbane office and Sophie in NZ who were both great

Email to say my shipment had arrived and being picked up from port, sooo happy, 7 days passed with no communication/updates on destination side, overall I was very happy, staff were awesome.

Seemless service. Very well packed. Moved in timeframes and delivered when requested. Staff were great to work with.

I wish to thank all staff for their brilliant effort and great service they provided during my recent move from Sydney to Auckland New Zealand, right from the quote, then the booking, pickup and continued updating of the progress of my shipment, through to final pickup in Airpark Drive, Mangere, Auckland, I found the staff I dealt with, were very helpful and extremely friendly. I

I would certainly reccomend Conroy Removals to anyone who requires a stress free moving experience.

Excellent service and staff, the packers were very good  "Especially" Lance who was very good an worked well packing up the house. He completed the whole house by himself an was  very polite.
