A Very Pleasant Experience
Eveything went smoothly-from start to finish. The "only" feedback is the very last stage took a bit longer than expected! The shipment was released from Oz customs/immigration to Conroy on 19 Feb yet took until 27 Feb to be notified of a delivery slot date. So it took over 10 months.But from the boys who came and packed the goods, to them unpacking and deliverying into our house, the admin staff who guided me through the myriad of official paper work (Abina in AKL). Overall a very pleasant experience! Thank you Conroy!
Professional and Friendly Service

Packing needs improvement. Boxes not labelled at all or incorectly labelled. Random items in each box, from multiple rooms. Lamp parts missing.
Your pre-move staff were excellent and gave great advice and service.The packing team were great - however - I would love to give some feedback around their "overuse" of porta-robe boxes - in my opinion boxes of books should not be in porta-robes! They did do an amazing job on a very hot day in Brisbane - and yes - I did have a lot of small boxes and a lot of books! The delivery team were really great. They were very co-operative and helpful even though one of the team members was not the normal crew.The communication throughout the whole process was outstanding.

No problems at all. Only one minor point: the movers forgot to bring their tools, because they had a very long workday the day before?
Very professional - from initial sales visit through to collection and delivery. We moved back to the UK so were not around at the delivery stage but all went smoothly and exactly as per plan. So stress free, thank you!
