Great service and communication from the Conroy team
Great service and communication from the Conroys team, some items not meant to be packed made it through and some items not clearly marked leading to missing keys.
Pleasant and efficient
Good communication. Shipment arrived safely with everything on board. Pleasant and efficient delivery person. All good. No problems at all. Can't think of any improvements needed.
Uk side was very helpful and fast responses, but the Australia side had very delayed responses even though I was in the same country and same time zone and not much communication at all.
Highly recommend the service
Service and follow up at quote stage was great with all queries and load changes handle efficiently and pleasantly. Both teams, pick up and drop off were great, very pleasant and helpful. Zero damage on the move. Very pleased and highly recommend the service.
Would definitely recommend Conroy's
From the time Gary came to arrange a quote for our move from Brisbane to Magnetic Island we have been treated with respect. Kay, at Caboolture, was very patient and courteous when we changed the inventory several times. The young men who did the uplift were just great, nothing was too much trouble. Similarly, the men who delivered our goods did a great job. we were kept informed all through the process by all concerned. We would defintely recommend Conroy's.

You made our move from NSW to SA so easy
You made our move from NSW to SA so easy. The delivery crew were brilliant, very methodical, polite and tidy. The office team were great and responded quickly to all comminication. Thank You.
We provided Auckland with the date we required our cargo in Brisbane and was advised of pick up date in Akl to presumably meet this deadline however after arriving in Brisbane had to wait another 7 days before goods were cleared
