Kept me in the loop and delivery guys were great.

My name is Deb and I have been aked to write this feedback on behalf of my parents, who used Controy for their move. 

My parents would like to exress their utmost gratitude to the Townsville crew who came to their home in Cardwell and completed the uplift. They were polite and lovely all round blokes, nothing was too much hassle for them. When the team completed the delivery the next day, to the Scottville address, everything was in perfect order, and no damages and once again the team was courteous and worked hard to unload and put boxes and belongings where asked in a very timnely manner. 10/10 to the crew! 

Both myself and my parents would like to personally thank Naomi for sorting this move for us. I am based in Brisbane and my parents were in NQ and this was a little tricky to navigate. I flew to NQ and helped pack their home of 38 years up and as you can appreciate, this was a very emotional time for them. I phoned Naomi and she helped sort everything out and advised what needed to be done our end. This was not only tricky due to location but also the ages of my elderly parents and awating settlement date of their new home. Once we knew the date, approx 3-4 weeks after our intiial call, we called Naomi and it was all action stations from there. Naomi handled this with such prefessionalism, kindness and compassion - and this itself took a great deal of pressure off me. 

So in closing, thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Naomi and the Townsville Conroy move team for orchestraing this huge move for my elderly parents. Much appreciated!
