Overall Happy with the Service
Overall I was really happy with the service, I thought it was a fair price and everything turned up in the same condition it was shipped in. It's quite an overwhelming process moving everything (car and personal effects) back to Ireland. There is a huge amount of paperwork and I found I had to keep asking the "right" questions in order to have the necessary information. I was advised by your Perth office to return my Australian licence plates to DOT however this is incorrect and it caused me additonal expense and a lot of stress in Ireland. I would recommend you update your team with this information.
I found AMC Removals in Ireland to be extremely helpful, they kept in communication with me and were very patient with my queries and assiting with the VRT exemption.
I would definitely recommend you in the future, but I do think you could have made the process a little easier for me and would have saved admin time on your end if the steps were clearly outlined in a PDF.

Communication was extremely poor. When customs released my items you didn't bother to contact me. I had to call the service desk over eight times to get an ETA. Each time they advised the Sydney office will be in contact several timelines outlined passed. On the last phone call the service desk said they had lost the items and found them again (forgotten). Then after securing a delivery date, it arrived earlier than planned by two hours. No need to respond. There was plenty of time during the delivery process for management to intervene, but none did.
Delivery Guys Were Amazing
The whole process and the waiting time was beyond expectation. I was quoted a much lesser time frame for the shipment and door to door service. I cant fault the delivery, the guys were amazing. It's the UK part and the duration of the whole process. The communication could have been better.
