Excellent Service Each Time
This is the third time I have used Conroy Removals and they have always provided me with excellent service each time. Communicating and keeping me updated has also been a key factor of their service I have appreciated very much.
Would Use Again
Our overall epxerience with Conroys was very good. We have used them three times now and would use them again. There are some areas that could be improved on and they are:
1. the estimate of cubic metres of belongings done via video underestimated the amount resulting in the team being rushed to get the job done as they were scheduled to be elsewhere.
2. they packed certain areas of the house into boxes that could have been labelled more accurately to facilitate easier unpacking.
Elizabeth has been so helpful with this move. Very efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
