Overall very good removal and delivery.  All staff were friendly and helpful if I had any questions. There were a few minor breakages and damaged pieces, but not unexpected. It was obviouus that on some ocassions boxes had not been transported or stored the right way up, which was unfortunate.

The Whybirds team were great, very friendly and helpful.

The only issue was a mix up with the pick-up location when aranging the quote, we had to do the walkthrough over video call as they showed up to an address in West End when the location was in Laidley.

There was a period where our cargo was being held slightly longer in quarantine than we'd been informed, and heard no updates from Conroy's. But just a few days later we received notice our shipment had been released and was ready for delivery.

The guys turned up on time and loaded the pick-up very quick, and the drop-off was just as quick. We were very happy with the service we received. Job well done. Would use them again.
