We moved from Austrlaia to New Zealand with Conroys, and we moved with Conroys internally in the 5 years we lived in NZ.We would not move with you again - and we are moving internationally again in 12 months.
We received 3 removal quotations - one from Crown, one from Allied Pickfords and Conroys for this move. Every quote had a full household inventory and every quote was for 2-3 people for 3 days. Allied Pickfords was actually slightly cheaper but we went with 'the trusted company we knew'. Unfortunately Conroys didn't read the inventory and didn't supply enough staff to complete the job. I had to pack 1/3 of our house in the middle of the night to get the job done. Things were broken. Staff had 'altercations'. We were asked to stop traffic on State Hwy 6! Conroys took an extra day to complete our job and this negatively impacted our house setllement and travel plans. Our clothes were used as 'packing support' and boxes were mislabelled and things are separated. We have had to unpack every single box to find linen, clothes and items. We won't use Conroys again.
The fellows that delivered our furniture were wonderful. Nothing was an issue. Well done boys.
The experience of moving back to Scotland with Conroys was first class and trouble free throughout to receiving our goods back in Scotland, your man Isaac ,in brisbane was exceptional, I would have no hesitation in recomending Conroys to anyone wishing to ship there belongings overseas, our property was well packaged and there was no damage or shortages, Vela, well done to your team and Conroys, your service was outstanding, thank you, William & Ann Reid.

The difficulty I have with this feedback is not with your company which I consider to have really good customer service is that I had no choice. As you know I dealt with Chris Bell in Tasmania (and have used their services over many years) and they used your services for the international component from Melbourne to London. Your officers kept me well informed which was good and similarly past me on to people in London who also appear to be quite professional. My goods are now expected to be delivered this Thursday morning. Thank you for your part in the long saga of moving things from Hobart.
I recently shipped a number of packages from South Africa and am delighted to have received everything in exactly the same condition I had packed them in. Tracking the consignment is a breeze and regular SMS's were received giving progress updates. My herartfelt thanks for an efficient and friendly service!!

On behalf of myself and my daughter who lives in NZ that received the goods we are both so happy with the service this company provided from the moment I rang for a quote to the pick up of goods in Sydney to the delivery to my daughters door step in the far north of NZ the service we both received was outstanding, the constant emails and phone calls with updates on her goods was a huge relief to know things were progressing exactly how they were suppose too, A big thank you to the removalist who picked up the goods in Sydney to the removalists who delivered in NZ we both know being a removalist isn't an easy job and thank you for the care you put into doing a good job
