our experience was awesome, every concern, every question, everything was sorted straight away with follow up and response and actioned. so happy with everything.

From the office staff to the guys who packed up our house and delivered to new country  they were all terrific  very helpful  friendly and easy to deal with. Made a stressful time easier. Thanks

Excellent communication throughout the process - even in the midst of the pandemic! Office staff were great to deal with and the removalist were professional and helpful - only one smaller item broke in transit.

Overall they were very slack with communication.  We had to chase for any information as to what stage our shipping was at.   The tracking information form said pending from day one and never changed so that's a waste of time and absolutely no help at all. When we emailed requesting information it took something up to a week before we received a reply.  please don't blame Covid 19 as we still paid the same as pre COVID 19 and you were still working and it just seems easy to blame instead of doing the job we paid for. I also don't understand why we were dealing with the Brisbane office when our shipping was in Melbourne, especially where customs were concerned. Overall not very impressed with our international move.
