Our two removalists were fantastic.
Hi, I have no serious complaints, it's just I found communication a bit lacking.
The circumstances around my move were a bit time-particular and I had to follow up once or twice to ensure that things were 1) possible, 2) booked in, 3) pickup organised.
Apart from that I was happy with how it all went.
Continuous updates of shipment process was excellent. Very happy with door to door pick up and delivery.
The guys that did the of loading were great. Very efficient, friendly and helpfull.
I thought the whole process was excellent, very organized and helpful, communication was top notch at the Australia end, you have excellent staff .
Three guys turned up. They were friendly, professional and helpful. No messing about - just got on with the job! On reflection boxes numbered and contents described means they are in the appropriate rooms. Brilliant! Happily recommend them.
This time I had to wait too long for my boxes. Maybe not your fault, but I still don't know why you missed the transport from Melbourne to brisbane so I had to wait a month longer.... thans to your employee I got it home delivered. That was great. At least I could begin to live again.....
No cost at the end was great and the helper at the other end was outstanding, wish I got his name
Would just like to say the guys you have working for you are fantastic workers both ends of our shifts , Parkes guys both were fantastic can't praise them up enough and working in the heat which was in the 40 s when they packed to truck ... these guys that unpacked our stuff here yesterday were also fantastic and they were unloading in hail and snow ... all the guys were really nice to speak too and helpful ..you Conroys have great staff ...highly recommend them to anyone ..my self and Trevor would highly recommend Conroys which I'm going to do ...so thank you so much ...we still have another 20 items to come so hoping they get here like our other furniture .. Could you please pass on to John Rowden also our thanks easy to work with nice guy so thank you all so much.Cheers Colleen and Trevor
