The main lists of items in the boxes are needs to be added with Our lists so we know what’s in OUR boxes
we were NOT given these at all.
The main lad delivering was getting a little aggressive I feel was not needed. Help with location would also assist us in placing the boxes as
can’t remember how the boxes were packed.
From the moment we first called to the last box arriving in Ireland we've had nothing but fantastic service. Everything has gone extremely smoothly. We are extremely impressed with both Conroy's and also Careline whom they use here in Ireland. We would recommend using Conroy Removals to anyone and will definitely use them again for our next move.
I found that the support we had while getting sort to move was great, the pack and uplift guys where fantastic.
Our shipment took a long time to leave AU and then a long time for delivery to be arranged after arrival in NZ. This meant the whole time frame dragged.
The communication we received in NZ was good and the unpack guys good. They have been working really hard by the sounds and didn’t stay long (only empty the container and unwrap large items).
Overall very good experience. Easy pick up and paper work filing. Handover to companion company overseas was easy, too. Better updates on ship departure times/estimates would be appreciated.
My goods arrived weeks after I was told they would, I was told many different things about where they were and when they would arrive, and the goods arrived damaged. Will not be recommending.
A very professional service and kept well informed at all times. Delivery was on time and delivery men were very courteous
Delivery guys were fantastic - rang to say they were on their way; no hassle with delivering the boxes. However, Admin leaves a bit to be desired: Conroy were recommended to me by my shipping agents - it took almost a month (with numerous email chasers/calls) to get a quote for what I wanted. Similarly as I had not been invoiced when I was contacted to arrange delivery I requested an invoice; it was sent to me late the day before delivery and at 9am the following morning (the day of delivery) I was chased by email and phone to pay the invoice and told the delivery would not occur unless it was paid (I had paid it that morning but admin seemed to be overlooking that Conroy themselves were the reason for any delay).
Fantastic all round! Moving is always a difficult and expensive process and in the past I have managed myself in an attempt to save costs but this time I engaged a service and I am so glad I did.
The experience as seamless, they called to arranged the pickup, showed up on time, treated all my items with care and ended up being much cheaper than it would have been for me to rent a truck and take the time off work needed to move myself.
I cant recommend the team highly enough!
