Everything from the beginning till the end ran smoothly. Great communication mainly from the team in Brisbane. Items arrived and delivered within the timeframe that was given. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely be using services again if need be.
The delivery team were exceptional. Dennis, Jermaine and Travis were very careful with our home and belongings but still got us all sorted very quickly. They were also just lovely guys. The whole service has been great, including the progress updates along the way. Thanks so much.
We are so pleased with the service given to us on the large task, of moving from Hastings New Zealand to the Sunshine Coast Queens Land Australia.We were treated with respect and were notified of every stage of the move including the storage of our furniture .
We ended up with two boxes belonging to someone else , we had a missing chair, and a broken boxes so the things in it were put into another box and some stuff handed to us. we did have some breakages the items were glass wear that were put on the side of box so got broken. We didn't clam due to the excess on our insurance. We notified the office straight way re extra boxes and our missin chair. It did take a week to swap over. I do realise it was in December and the company was busy.
A Job carried out with great expertise,,, all arrived Thailand safely with very little damage,excellent service from this side, delivery to home no .1 service thanking all involved ,very happy with overall result,,,Bunga and Bob,,, unpacked in Thailand
The company in USA was a bit slow, from the moment all my statt arrived, takes 40 days more to arrive in my address.
no problems with service at the start. Pack/uplift all good on 25 Nov. We moved overseas 13 Dec yet our goods not even dispatched by Air until 4 Jan and then in two lots. There was plenty of time to get the goods to us before xmas. Resulted in us spending 3 weeks longer than necesssary in a hotel without our essential items that we had expected prior. Not good enough. Toll informed.
