Thanks for all your help with our move, communication was excellent, delivery team was fantastic. Even with the customs challenges we had the team was super responsive and communicative and got our shipment through in perfect condition.
The young man that delivered my goods , worked quickly and efficiently, despite being on his own. But i was concerned that my goods took 6 months to get from England , I would like to know why if possible

Friendly and easy to deal with. The only thing is that I thought the boxes were going to be picked up once I'd unpacked but never heard back.
Had 2 breakages, one in Auckland (while packing) and a slow cooker that arrived broken (packed at bottom of a box) otherwise packing was excellent.
Excellent communication at both ends, especially in AU with arranging delivering - Phil and Troy were great.
Overall, I am satisfied with the shipping process. Sharon Symons is very helpful and she always gives prompt responses, even during the Chirstmas period. What I am unhappy is there are some furniture damages in the shipping process, which did give us some troubles during this holiday period.
The service from Australia side of move was great. My only issue with the entire move was there was a noticeable water damaged box and one of our sectional couches has large grey spotting, which I assume is mould. So needs to be professionally cleaned.
It is also frustrating that all items fit within a smaller container despite the fact that Viking had us pay for a larger container to fit it. Understand this is not direct feedback but its important you are aware of your customers frustration when taking these jobs and how poorly quoted they are. We will be following with a similar complain to Viking.
