Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersI found Conroy to be very unprofessional in their communication, especially not enquiring the size of items and then when they come to pick up, the act as if it was customer's fault not to inform them about the sizes of items. Even though the truck arrived on time but they failed to put us to assured us that the truck will be there, which I believe was a very poor customer service. if you have young children like us and your your stuff has been picked up more than a month in advance and yet you are not sure if it will be there when you arrive there it is quite nerve wracking.
There were no issues and communication was excellent.
My move from Sydney to Brisbane was seamless - from the Admin team to the packing and removal boys, they were all brilliant. I will reccomend this company to everyone I know contemplating a move.
I would recommend Conroy removals they was very professional and kept me informed on arrival and delivery of my shipment.
Disappointed with how long my goods took to arrive from Invercargill & the lack of communication from when they were collected. I had to chase up to see where they were & was told Conroys received paper copies of my details from RF Symon & no email to keep me in the loop. One of the boxes I got had also got wet but thankfully no damage to the goods inside it. Have used Conroys in the past & was happy with the service. I suggest any other companies you work in with follow your procedures & email you the relevant details to make it a smooth transition for your customers.
Only issue was many boxes were not labelled with contents or were labelled incorrectly. No breakages at all.

Conroy Removals was great, except that I have to call to schedule delivery. It seems they are too busy to maintain the excellent level of communications that the rest of Conroy seems to have.
