ALl went very smooth and I was kept up to date during the whole process.
We had some furniture delivered in a broken condition.
If this was received in a broken condition by yourselves you should have communicated the condition to me prior to delivery.
The furniture was handeld on your premises and therefore I presume the damage was done by your company. Econo Trans did not notice that anything was broken, we were not notified of any broken furniture.
As the truck was opened and the first pieces was removed from it, we immediately saw the broken leather chair, still in the wrapping but you could see new type was over the covering and the loose broken wood legs. This was noted on the delivery papers. The coffee table was totally broken, it was not noted on the delivery papers.
In future please let your customers know in advance of any damages then your customers can be prepered for the shock when their posessions arrive. Communication between yourself and your customers is of most importance.
You guys were nothing short of 5star, from start to finish on both sides of the tasman and if we could we would give you a 6, a massive thanks to all involved. If we make another shift or hear of anyone doing so you will be the only port of call. Once again, a big thanks

I have a good experience using your company for my move - easy to deal with and very responsive! I will definitely recommend to other friends who would require the same service. What I would like to highlight though is how the "other charges" should have been explained by your shipping partners. For example, I received invoices for Quarantine Fee and Difficult Access delivery when this was not explained to me by Astromovers when I contracted with them in Singapore. I don't mind paying for them as the charges are quite reasonable but to get more invoices when I thought I have paid everything already in Singapore is surprising (not in a good way).
Prompt and clear communications about the status of my belongings. And my things were delivered on time if not early! Friendly customer service. Thanks!
We were extremely impressed by how well our furniture etc was wrapped and packed into the container. Our container arrived in half the time that was estimated. Communication was excellent and emails answered promptly. Great service and would highly recommend to others.
