Conroy have made the whole experience of relocating belongings internationally completely stress free. They have fulfilled all the promises made, been to every appointment on time and treated me and my possessions with courtesy and respect the whole time.

Very impressed with the way my shipment was handled. From packing to delivery was stress free. I would not hesitate to use this company if I have to do another move. Great staff to deal with and very friendly to speak to and answer any queries. Great company.
We had great service and help, with one exception which was the packing day where the initial packers didn’t turn up. Which caused some delay and concern. This was mitigated by the team, however and everything from there went smoothly.
I have previously contracted Conroy's to take my goods to the UK, however, on this occassion my poor rating above relates to your partner in the UK: Fox Removals. I contracted Fox in October 2018 to brig my household goods to Australia. In addition to accepting their quote I ordered and paid for storage. On coming to the end of my storage I was informed by Fox that the ocst of shipping had increased and I would need to pay anther 400 UK pounds. This would amount roughly to a 10% increase in shipping and handling costs, which I do not beleive possible in the current economic climate. Also if storage delay affected the agreed price I should have been informed up front. I therefore have an unethical view of Fox. I intend to take up the matter with Fox's to their international accreditor and possibly the UK Financial Ombudsman, having already paid their demand to ensure release of my belongings.
As far as Conroy's is concerned, and one or two small breakages and missing bolts that hold my bed together, I have no problems but the "overall customer experience rating" is affacted by your partner.
Excellent service, best rate which couldn't be beaten by any of the rival companies I had quotes from, didn't charge "extra fees" the other companies were asking for.
My household items arrived earlier than expected and remained damage free in the same condition as when they left.
Will definitely use their services again and highly recommend to others.
