Customer service was great - when we actually got to speak to someone! Packing was a bit adhoc and it was disappointing that at the Townsville end the packers discarded all the unused boxes and packing materials on our nature strip. The packers / removalists themselves were friendly and pleasant to have in the house. We would use Conroys again!

Pickup service was fantastic in Brisbane back in August.
Delivery in NZ was supposed to be around 14th of December but still hasn’t been made as of 6 January

Thankful for quick reply and update after our shipment arrived in Sydney. We had a stressful mover from Singapore that took very long for our stuffs to be shipped to Sydney.
