I think a better communication from the company regarding the delivery. It took longer than what I was advised . However
once I contacted your office they listenend to me and fulfulled my request. Delivery persons were great.. Thank you.

Service on both sides was fantastic- only downside was that our pickup was two and a half hours late, however the guy picking our stuff up was so thorough and friendly that we forgave him!!

I arrived back in England beginning of August last year and I am still waiting for my goods. I have been told they will arrive on 14th Jan 2019 ?
Missing Items!
Some of our boxes are missing. All boxes transported open and unsealed from Brisbane to Gold Coast. Many boxes were only half full. A lot of personal effects still missing. Very angry at the careless and no regard given to our shipment under Conroy.

"Everything was excellent"
Everything was excellent. Just a bit more understanding from the delivery team would be good. I had requested a smaller truck due to the difficulty in getting to our unit. I know this wasn't guarenteed, and when I chatted to the logistics person the day before delivery it was clear a smaller truck would not be available. However, he had a look at google maps and said the truck would back down the street and delivery would be 50m to our garage. I consequently didn't notify neighbours since I didn't think this would be inconveniencing them. At delivery though, the men said they would drive right up to the garage, which was pushing it a bit, and put me at risk of being liable to structural damage to the units. I also had angry neighbours who I now have to deal with living here. I understand that carrying good a distance from the road to the garage is more effort, but I would have been willing to pay for this in order to save relationships with my neighbours. However, from the telephone conversations with logistics this was not mentioned. So just a bit more communication to the delivery team would be good, so that they understand the expectations as previously discussed.
Great point-to-point service. The unpacking was rapid and professional.
