Thank you Conroy Removals for the safe delivery of my precious cabinet. I was anxious in case it went missing or got damaged but you kept me informed every step of the way with emails and phone calls and it arrived exactly on time. The two guys who unpacked it were efficient, polite and friendly. A really good experience for me all round!

I struggled getting hold of anyone - during the finalisation of my quote... And had to different quotes and it was all confusing. The uplift - was really bad, the guys turned up almost 2 hours late...and did not contact me to tell me, and I couldn't get hold of anyone at conroys... The guys didn't have enough packing things for all my belongings, had to take my bikes back to the depot to be packaged. I finally recieved my goods yesterday & almost every piece of furniture - is damanged! My beautiful wooden box - has been dragged along the ground, ripping through all the packaging and scapped the end of the box. Girls head boards has dings & chips over them, dryer has a BIG dent on the top... Bikes were only put in a box... NO PACKAGING at all other than a cadboard box... boxes split open (luckily were book boxes). SO MUCH DAMAGE!
Your side was okay but the NZ side I was not happy with. My scripts were removed, I had 2 body lotions and only received 1, a brand new argon oil still in the packaging was removed that cost $20. I will recommend Australian company but not the custom side of NZ. Plus one box was left in Auckland. When it did arrive I had a few breakages. When things were removed by customs they didn’t care about the crystals left in the box. I had protected them when I placed them in the box. It was not the case when I finally got the last box.
Overall service was very good especially at the beginning and at the end. It fell down a little bit in the middle however. New Zealand did loose some of my paperwork initially which Brisbane had to chase up. I didn’t get enough progress updates once my goods had arrived in Australia and I had to follow up emails I sent to the Brisbane office requesting updates with a phone call or a further email which I cc’d NZ contact into to get a response. Delivery guys were great and everything arrived in good order.
The only issue that I had was that I had to wait some weeks after clearance with quarintine before goods were delivered to me. Costs weren't cheap. There were 2 marks on one piece which were fresh, when unpacked, and I am waiting for contact regarding this issue.
