I am not sure how to answer the question above. There was much confusion as we began this process and I speak English. It would have been very difficult for a non English speaker I believe. I think the miscommunications added must to the stress I was feeling and I even had word that the contents of my boxes were to be taken away at one point. Not sure I would like someone else to experience this.
I moved 3 times with Conroy so far, both interstate
First 2 were great, but the third was a nightmare: Items lost, items damaged, lengthy and convuluted insurance claim, 3 months after still not compensated for damages and waiting for them to accept the claim.
Staff is friendly and is easy to reach and communicate. Notice of delivery via text and email is good. Delivery staff turns up early than scheduled and is friendly.
Lee and the Conroy team in Perth were fantastic! We recently moved a 20' container from Perth back to Canada, and experienced nothing short of excellent service from beginning to end. The guys were very professional with packing up our things, and did an great job wrapping and packing each item to ensure nothing would break during transit. We also received regular, up-to-date status reports of our shipment through out the process, and we experienced equally great service from their moving partner in Canada. Thank you to the team for a job well done.
Chloe was excellent and very patient with me when we found out about extra charges for customs inspection, which we were not told about prior. The box arrived intact.
Overall very happy with the whole, relatively inexpensive experience.

I had a disspointing experience with this company and it was because of the communication with the people in the office. I had emailed the company about my frustration and the person who responded to me didnt want to have an understanding of my confusion and frustration as all she did was answer back to everything I said with an excuse which in fact didnt make sense and then she stopped responding.
In future people need to be updated for the process of their shipping and where it is at. As NO ONE emailed or called to tell me my shipping was delayed which is when I called/ and wrote and email.
The people in office were disspoinitng as not one had an understanding or apolagised. Which I also informed them that I am aware of the process of shipping as NO OTHER company I have used in the past did this!
My only issues was that my first few emails and replies went to a spam folder. Then waited a month for customs. Out of your control but this was clearer when I called than email replies. Delivery and attitude was excellent
