Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersDelivery shipment was inadequatly loaded on to the devivery lorry and not che led prior to leaving depot by delivery crew. On arrival at delivery destination contents and containers fell out of lorry when the doors were opened . Smashing item as they were scattered across the drive. The attitudes of your delivery crew was less than acceptable.
Shoes of delivery staff had tar on. We have wooden floors so we struggling to get out off.
Conroy Removals have now moved us three times and we continue to find them a professional and friendly company who are easy to deal with.Some items were broken on the way from NZ, demonstrating an inconsistency in the quality of the packing as most items were extremely well packed.. In particular we were very satisfied with the delivery to our new address in Australia with a good delivery team who were very well lead. The team leader, Blake demonstrated a very professional approach and strong leadership throughout the delivery and unpacking process. On the communication side we were under the impression the ship would dock in Perth / Freemantle but found it docked in Brisbane with our goods being trucked / railed to WA. We were then not kept informed of progress until the goods were ready for delivery in WA. A small point perhaps but good communication is essential to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Conroy did an excellect job in assisting packing in St. George, Qld. & clearing the goods in Ak. NZ. the Complete 20' container load of items arrived all, complete without any damage or loss. If you looking to move I would recommend Conroy, excellent people, excellent service.

Everything about your service was fantastic thank you, except final delivery, the driver ignored instructions to not enter the driveway as it was too narrow and hit the gate post, nearly breaking it,quite disappointing actually because up to that point the service exceeded my expectations.
I was very pleased with Conroys shipping my possessions from NZ to Australia recently. All the staff I dealt with were friendly and obviously very competent,the packing was most impressive, I was kept informed at every stage, customs was dealt with, and my stuff delivered to me all at a reasonable price. So thank you to Conroys for making my shift to Australia much more simple than it seemed it was going to be. Regards Andrew

Removal process in London was excellent and the comms in the lead up to movers coming was also good. Communications were not very forthcoming while my items were in customs so although I was being asked questions about when I arrived in the country I hadnt been informed that my shipment had arrived and had entered customs. Movers were friendly and efficient and the comms after my stuff cleared customs was clear and quick
