Email to say my shipment had arrived and being picked up from port, sooo happy, 7 days passed with no communication/updates on destination side, overall I was very happy, staff were awesome.

Conroys came recommended to me and lived up to the recommendation. Everything went smoothly from getting a quote to arranging a date and having the movers on site. The quote was very reasonable and less than I expected. The guys who did the packing were amazing. There was one small mishap with a broken window but head office arranged for someone to come out immediately to repair it, which was fantastic.
It took about 6 weeks from pick up in Auckland to delivery in semi-rural Australia. The delivery guys guys were just as friendly, efficient and professional as the packers. Excellent communication from the various admin people who provided updates along the way and responded quickly to any queries
All around a great experience with Conroys, thanks to the whole team.

I found the experience easy. Once my gear was picked up - communication improved. Prior to this - eg finding out what time a packer was coming, pricing for additional items - was timely. As yet, I have not found anything that has been broken in transit. The staff member I had packing (I think I packed faster than him) really wanted to take his time. I wanted the job done. He seemed nice enough and he squashed as much as possible into each box as per my request. Delivery on this end was good. I was first up and at 7.50am my gear was delivered and stored in my garage within 5minutes. Pleased to have it all sorted and wouldn't hestitate to recommend Conroy to others.
