"Guys were friendly and did a great job"

We have moved 3 times between Uk and Australia. This move was by far the best ever service. We had a lot of fragile things with this move and everything arrived in perfect condition. Thank you very much for that. Your guys who packed were great, friendly, and most helpful. The same goes for the Australian guys that did the delivery and unpacking. Once again thankyou so much for such an excelent service without exorbitant costs.

"most favourable move so far"
A friendly team of 3 blokes came spot on time, they were fast, knowledgeable, professional and polite. We have had a lot of experience with moving internationally and this was our most favourable move so far. The team from Movers International in the UK were great and so was the team from Conroys at this end. The only marginal area for improvement would be the communication between the arrival of the ship and the drop off. It was a little vague but we got there in the end.

Lacking communication
Megan: her responses were as and when she saw fit, it’s best to reply and apologise if you don’t know the answer, rather than not reply for days or at all. Your customers are often shipping their lives over and it’s a stressful process, being generally more forthcoming with support and responses is the professional and decent thing to do.
Jenna: her responses were very helpful and forthcoming with offers to help and provide support when needed.
Michael: read what emails say and answer what the customer asked you, it isn’t difficult.
Removers (Mike and Mark): two great chaps, quick and efficient and were both very cheery and brought a positive atmosphere into the apartment.
Overall: the contact and support for customers seems to lack, email etiquette is lacking especially where it is probably the same questions they’d get ‘day in, day out’ - unfortunately, the move is not about them and their job, it’s about the customer who is having their possessions moved. More so with international removals.
Mike, Mark and Jenna are the reason you got three.

Communication emails and calls from Conroy's keeping us up to date with our shipment once it had arrived in Australia was very good. The removalists Ben and Isaac who delivered the goods were great. Arrived on time and communicated well prior to arrival. Very quick and efficient and very helpful regarding marking off the inventory and placing goods in areas in the property where required and unpacking the large goods. They were also very helpful with advising us how to follow up with the overseas removalists who handled our goods that were missing and/or damaged upon receipt by Conroy's off the container.

Excellent service, have recommended (successfully) to others who are moving overseas. Gary came out and gave me a detailed quote, Jaymee is an absolute godsend and took care of every little detail, the guys who packed my stuff did a fantastic job and we’re polite and courteous. There was not much notice between quarantine clearance and delivery date. I would suggest giving more flexibility
there was significant breakdown in communications between freightworks and Conroy. I was caught in the middle unable to get furniture reassembled and Conroy said it was not included while freightworks said it was ! This lead to significant stress and frustration
