An early clearence/ delivery would have been desirable as goods arrived at sydney on 18th Feb 2019. I am not sure how each company worked in that process. However the practical delivery to residence was smooth and swift. Thanks

I want to say thank you for assisting with my delivery. It was a smooth ride for the boys, except my table could not fit. But it is okay, I am happy with the outcome. It is fantastic! Their professionalism, patience and what they tried to do was outstanding. I want to say thank you Conroy for the professionalism. They boys came in and did their job and out the door. I would say literally 10 - 15 mins. Thank you all and the boys who came around today for their outstanding services. Thank you to all who assisted with my International removal.
We had such friendly,helpful people help with the move
There was 2 destinations to our delivery. While the move of the storage went smoothly, the Friday delivery was terrible and badly managed. There didn’t seem to be anyone coordinating the move in. A foreman greeted us at the start, but then disappeared. Our stuff was delivered by two trucks. The first truck was all the boxes. The 2nd truck was the furniture and larger items. While they were bringing more and more boxes we kept asking, where is the furniture. So when the furniture finally arrived there was absolutely no room to unpack, or arrange furniture to unpack into. It was towers of boxes. We spent the weekend shifting boxes around trying to make room to unpack. It was ridiculous. The library shelves were destroyed and they lost the bolts and legs for the bed so we can’t put it together. It’s a $5,000 bed base. There is no way to account for the itemised list and find which box they were in.They kept saying that there was no prioritised box, so they couldn’t put the bed together.
Great communication - efficent pack up and most certainly met expectations.
The guys who moved the goods in were great. Very friendly, professional. Everything except for one drinking glass arrived unharmed. I think that's a great result. Communication could have been a little better. We had weeks with no information which was a bit of a worry. Even no news is news when you have precious possessions in limbo.
