Of clients surveyed said they would recommend Conroy Removals to othersMy shipment took forever to be released but that seemed to be customs, not Conroy. Although I was first in the morning, my shipment was packed at the back of the truck so they had to come back at 2.30pm instead of 9am, which was unfortunate. The 2 men who brought my boxes and furniture up the stairs were hardworking, good natured and friendly. I felt very comfortable with them, and would use Conroy again.
Your team is excellent. The crews have s fantstic can do attitude and a great sense of humour. I’d use Conroy again and have no hesitation in recommenig Conroy to friends.

Excellent job by the entire Conroy team, right from periodic notification on status, communication and physical delivery. I would specifically like to thank labour resources Gowtham Chintapalli/co for their work for last mile delivery till home ensuring customer delight! Highly recommend Conroy team.
Too little information too late.
Many boxes crushed
When the truck door was opened the boxes were shown to me not stacked or secured properly, some sitting at 45 degree angles with others stacked ontop, some clearly marked FRAGILE had other boxes ontop.
Wholeheartedly the worst moving experience of my life. It took 45 days from docking at port to be delivered to my house. No forth coming information, constantly had to chase them for updates. I was passed on from one employee to another, none of whom took charge, responsiblity for delays. I will never use this company again.
The team lead by Mark were excellent, professional, friendly and very helpful. The move in went very smoothly. The work they did putting furniture back together was well done.
Overall I rate the team 10 out of 10.
We will be looking to move in next 12 months and will give you a call and see what you can do.

Thanks for the efficient and professional service.
Conroy Removals were very helpful and professional throughout, and communicated extremely well at every stage. They also provided some advice as to how best ship my car from Australis to UK (a process, I've since discovered, that requires a LOT of patience / persistence due to government bureacracy...).
My funrniture arrived safely in Stafford UK two days ago - no apparent breakages, which is a relief after such a long sea journey.
I would thoroughly recommend Conroy Removals to anyone considering a move, no matter the distance of the move.
