The overall experince with Rainier and Conroy was efficient. It was a stressful experience moving gear back but we were informed at every stage in getting our shipment back here to Aus. Even with a broken down truck, your driver on delivery was fantastic and stayed until all the 'breakable' boxes were unpacked. That was very much appreciated.
Overall satisfactory, Australian team were fantastic in terms of communication and the process was pretty seamless
found the Nz team to be less I suppose organised with communication from the point of arrival in port to delivery of goods..

I received the first email saying the container was in the port and in about 10 days everything was done and my goods delivered. Anyway I was going to be updated after each step (offloading, quarantine, custom clearance) was done. I never received any update and I had always to ask to have some updates and the feedback was not so quick. After everything was done and the goods cleared from the custom, Conroy removal hold my belongings for 3 weeks because the origin agent I used didn't pay them. Now, considering that I don't know how legal can be holding my goods for something not related to me, the problem is that for weeks Conroy removal was not telling me the thruth and just trying to gain time using different excuses everytime. This is, in my opinion, totally unprofessional and means cheating to the people.
So totally disappointed with the service.
Excellent customer service from the administration team, Lucy, Chloe & especially Jenna, and a super friendly removalist gentleman! I would have no hesitation in recommending and would use again. Thank you!
i really had no idea what was coming over so it was hard to say a price on things. i think it was a bit expensive for what i had delivered. it took a long time from when it got picked up in Tauranga, NZ then when it got delivered here to my house. but overall it was a good service. customer serice was good and responded quickly to my questions
Good experience, no issues. Better than another move we had with a competing company where we encountered issues.
This is actually the second time we have used your services, the first time was18 months ago as the local end of our international move. We were pleased with your service then, and were certainly not disappointed this time. Your movers were prompt, polite and very professional. They listened when I pointed out things that needed special handling and were very careful with all of our belongings. Thank you for another job well done!
Excellent communication, great service in Australia. However the delivery person in NZ was quite rude, and spoke down to me. Argumentative when I requested that he unstack the boxes on to the floor instead of having up to 4 boxes stacked on top of each other. Note: Though I'd paid for the packages to be unpacked and the cartons taken away, I opted not to do this, so I actually saved them time. However, I was told that my request for him to unstack the boxes from the trolley was 'doubling up' the work for him. According to him, I should be grateful that he is delivering my goods to me.
