We had a very smooth moving experience and everything arrived in perfect working order (and zero breakages). Everything arrived just as it had left! I found the service very good and the packing up process speedy and efficient (and similarly with delivery). I found Conroy very reasonably priced as they are a smaller company, but you receive the same (if not better) service delivery. We will definitely use them again should we have another move. Thank you!

One of the removalist was a complete asshole

Communication was great, always keeping us informed step by step. The process was handled smoothly all the way to the delivery at our house, where boxes were taken to the room we required them. Hugely helpful staff, and wonderful to deal with. We are very happy with the service received.

I couldn't fault Conroys if I tried.  From the reasonable pricing, the boys who packed & picked up, to super friendly Sophie from customer services who continually communicated every step of the way, making the whole process stress free, especially when my shipment went through customs & quarantiine only yesterday. Delivery date is pending, I don't envisage any issues as the service has been fantastic thus far.  Thank you Conroys...rapt that you got my stuff safely across the water.

Overall, I would recommend Conroy Removals, as our shipment was excellently packed, and nothing broke in transit, which is what I was most nervous about. The only off-putting part was one of the men packing our goods threw his empty takeaway coffee cup in one of our boxes, a bit disrespectful, especially since we bought them coffees (not your fault, but I wasn’t impressed by that). Your partner company in Toronto was also great with delivery, unpacking, set-up and handling of our goods, which made for an overall great experience. One of our delivery persons also commented on the excellent quality of packing done by Conroy, which made me feel good in choosing your services. 

The constructive feedback that I would offer is the overall communication during the experience. I felt that it could have been better, as it was choppy, and we had to ask a lot of questions, which we felt should have been communicated to us directly, without having to ask. For example, a full breakdown email on what documentation was needed, at what time in the process, and why would have been extremely helpful. Also, having information on what documentation was needed once the goods arrived for customs inspection and clearance, again would have been quite helpful. I thought it was strange that we had to ask for a contract, rather than our contact at Conroy automatically giving it to us at the start of the process. Just small details could be improved to make customers feel at ease would greatly improve the experience.
