All team members done a great job. Carriers, customs support and administration we're all at top level. Very comfortable through the entire process from start to finish. Thank you guys

Astro movers are terrible due to a missed delivery week of 6th August 2018 in Australia from Singapore despite goods being picked up on 1st June but Conroy have been great. Would definitely recommend so long as Astro is not used at the Singapore end for any moves to that location.

Shipped Goods Delayed

Unfortunately I cannot leave a good review as I am still waiting for my shipped goods to arrive. I have been told that they are at the port still. I tried contacting Orbit Moving Logistics but I did not get an expected ETA. No one could tell me anything when it would arrive. Also they were meant to send me email with an update/instructions but I did not recieve anything. I feel like the service on this end in Canada where I have moved to has been very poor from Orbit Moving Logistics. Also I was notified by Orbit that I may have to incur extra charges due to an incident that happened at the port of Vancouver for lost time. How is that my issue or problem? It should be up to the Port of Vancouver to figure that out. I am not happy with overall and I am still waiting for an update or an answer.

Absolutely first class service. We were very impressed with every aspect of the move, both with Conway and John Mason. Maintained contact giving progress reports throughout the move.The removal team were both efficient and helpful. Not to mention their sense of humour which really helped at what can only be regarded as a very stressful time.Well done Conway and thank you.

I would wait in future to get quote for removal until I knew how many box’s as I do feel ripped off. I paid for 35 box’s ended up only having 24 items( not even box’s) but the service is the best I have had in many moves!

The whole experience from the initial phone call to accepting the delivery in New Zealand was made "pain free".
