The guys at both end were fantastic. So helpful and really lovely.I just have one question. I have been trying to all today with not much luck. I was wondering if you had a copy of the inventory of what's in my boxes? We have them in storage bbut there is one particualr thing I can't find and the sheets. I have a copy of the notice but I can't read some of the text as it's really faint.
Let down
We had the utmost faith in Conroys having used then several times before. However, when the goods were unpacked it was almost like someone had been throwing items on to the floor. Lots of breakages, poorly wrapped,missing key to cabinet....hard to price as some items very old , and family stuff. Was really disappointed.
Shipment Delay
Very unfortunate timing for the feedback request. Sydney side were fantastic but I still haven't received my shipment. Every time I call for an update the times shift and I am assured of a call back that doesn't happen. The delay now means I will not be present when my things are delivered (still 2 weeks away) and I will not have access to my clothes when I start at my new job.

One word - Perfect
Lack of Communication
Ops team did not pro-actvely keep me informed as to what was happening with my shipment, I had to phone in to find out what was happening and then organise when it would be delivered. In general there is a lack of communications to the client. It also took 2.5 weeks to receive my shipment after it cleared quarantine (with apparently no issues since none have been communicated with me), when the expectation was set that it would take about a week.When it arrived on Friday, 23 items had been left in Melbourne... all the items that were flagged for quarantine inspection. That kind of oversight is not acceptable, I expect the rest of my shipment delivered as quickly as possible and I would like to know your plan on doing that.
Damaged Property
The driver damaged the property. My landlord wants to have a licensed bricklayer repair the damage but Sylvan refused to pay for it. This has forced her to file an insurance claim which will ultimately force Conroy to pay plus increase Conroy's insurance premiums. Landlord is threatening to sue me for the added time and expense.

Good Job
Very impressed with the two guys who packed our container. Very tidy, careful & systematic. Good job.
The two men did an excellent job. They were very easy to get along with and I was very happy with their work and with the time they took to move me.
