I would like to ackowledge the work of the team in Brisbane specifically, they were excellent.

Couple problems other than that the service was excellent
The service was generally good, however as we were not personally able to supervise the packing there were some odd decisions made:
1. the portable wardrobes were used for the children's clothing and not the adults clothing - this resulting in a number of business suits needing to be dry-cleaned to remove the creases and a number of items having to be re-ironed;
2. pot plants in bathrooms were packed in with toiletries with the end result that dirt was scattered throughout the toiletries, some of which had to be thrown away;
3. kitchen items such as sauce bottles were packed on their sides and not in any sort of sealed plastic which meant they leaked all over the boxes.
Other than that, the service was excellent.

Generally terrible service end to end from Conroys and UK partner Matthew James. We found ourselves constantly chasing both parties for updates, most deadlines missed, several items lost / damaged and no responsibility taken. A real eye-opening experience

Waited 2 weeks to have our delivery date arranged, would be nicer if this could be done earlier. However, the delivery service were smooth and fast.

Always informed where and when everything was happening , second time have used them ,not the cheapest but still worth it.
Surface (sea) shipment delivery team were excellent !
