Overall the service was quick and efficient, the staff were nice and the boxes arrived intact.
I found the prices too expensive considering what I shipped and paid when I later compared to other companies and even other orders within Conroy Removals.

You guys were amazing. Moved from Townsville to Brisbane. Even know it was the wet season and mother nature made it flood you guys in Townsville still did the job and got it down here asap. I will defently use Conroy again ☆☆☆☆☆ five stars Thanks guys.
A Few Items Damaged
Janelle in Melbourne was very friendly and helpful but told me that I couldn't get any insurance except for total destruction because Conroy Removals didn't pack the boxes. Also I am unimpressed that my antique camphor chest arrived sitting on its end on the floor without anything under it such as a blanket to stop the grazing that happened. My lounge chair had a leg knocked off and the fabric underneath was ripped.
- The men in Townsville who delivered my things were careful and very friendly so I would hire them again locally but not the removalists from Melbourne.

Regular Updates
The staff at Conroy provided regular updates for our shipment between Portland OR, USA to Perth WA, Australia. Details about customs and quarantine were prompt and once our shipment arrived in Perth, it was on our doorstep the following morning. The gentlemen that delivered all of our belongings into our home did so with speed, care and consideration of the animals and kids in the house. Though I'm not planning on moving again any time soon, I would highly recommend the services of Conroy Removals.
