I thought that everything went relatively smootly on the receiving end of my move.  (I wish I could have said the same thing about the originating end).  Our shipment was almost 4 weeks beyond what we were told, but that was Omega's fault, not Conroy's.  The girls in the office were slow to respond to emails, but still very communicative and helpful.  The delivery guys were amazing and they went above and beyond to not only unload, but also to pick up the remaining boxes and packing supplies after we were settled.  I wouldn't hesitate to use Conroy Removals again.  

Realy good work. Delivery was a little bit late, but the team worked very hard to get it done a.s.a.p. 

The packing list could be more detailed, if would be very helpful. Otherwise we are happy with how all goods arrived, no damage at all...

Having moved from the UK 6 weeks ago, we were excited to finally be re-united with our belongings. With having our 4 bedroom house  packed into 40ft Container in the UK , to complete the journey there was a seamless transfer to Conroy Removals delivering our belongings to our house in Melbourne. On the day of delivery the Conroy staff let us know they were being held up in traffic, only arriving a few minutes late.  They were very efficient in setting up and starting the unload the 300 items, after checking off all the items against our packing lists we finally completed the unpacking and fixing up the large furniture in 5 hours, The staff worked hard, were very helpfull and careful with all the items they moved into the house, and teking away a ton of packaging with them, it was a geat service and would recomend them to anyone.

Some outstanding issues

  - chasing a missing package and

  - some items were badly packed and broke during transit
