Ok Service
OK so customer service in Townsville 5 star great effort and very helpful nothing a bother, did a great job at clearing the load . customer service from Melb was about at their convenience, and quite uncompromising. It was just lucky that it worked out , coming in late on a day off other wise I would have lost a day at work . My main concern Several Main items of furniture had been knocked around, a couple of things broken. One Item of I had origionally had wrapped in a thick blanket with fragile on had been replaced with thin bubble wrap and the top damaged cant replace that its an antique. The load unpacking , the fellas did a pretty good job , didnt scratch walls or drop or damage furniture . so the damage happened else where in the journey. Recieved , something that wasnt ours which I sent back .

Excellent from start to finish - only whinge is that it took so long for the container to travel, but I accept that was probably due to our move being over Xmas and dock strikes in melbourne!

Happy With Every Step
We were posted almost every step and very happy with the service
Disappointing
We went with you guys as you appeard to be the most cost effective for our limited budget. A critical part was getting our 2 vehicles to NZ however your representative failed to mention that due to the age of my cars I could not register more than ONE car in a given 12 months.....also, we did not take insurance (our choice) and there were a lot of breakages which was extremely disappointing....
