Below average communication to client from support staff. Emails should be answered, even if you have no further information. No phonecall to confirm approximate delivery time either, as had been told. Otherwise backoffice staff performed their duties satisfactorily.

John Rowden provided me with valuable information regarding importing my motorcycle into new zealand that no other company informed me of...without this information i would have been up for thousands in taxes and duties or lost my motorcycle.....friendly,professional,and prompt is the only way to describe conroys.....thanks again, and if the need arises i won't hesitate in using conroys again.

"delivery was spot on"
Happy with Conroy Removals. Only issue was that all the email communication received from Conroy was delivered to my junk mail so I only noticed it a couple of days later whilst checking my junk folder. But overall communication was good and delivery was spot on.

Jaymee Lorenz from the Brisbane office was exceptional. I apprecaited her quick and helpful responses to ALL of my questions; something of a novalty with customer service nowadays. She was great and would give her 5 stars. The New Zealand side of the office was not so good. My goods arrived in country on the 5th, I heard nothing by the 12th, so I called the office, to be told that "it should be around today, but not sure". Thanks, that is not helpful; especiialy as I ned to take leave off work to receive the goods. I rang three times, badgering the Operations Manager to get my goods delivered. Not happy with the delivery, but happy with everything else. That is why you have 4 stars, not 5.
