"hidden cost involved"
I wouldn't really recommend Conroy to anyone now, as you think your in for a good deal then they don't tell you about all the hidden cost involved once you get to your destination end. Not that happy with the services at all really.

Although Aussie Move did the actual delivery of the container, overal experience with Conroy was good.Would have preferred a phone call right after the goods had cleared customs

"move went ok"
Overall the move went ok but I don't know why the two men decided to have a break in the cabin of the truck after just 50 mins of work with still things left to move.
My perfectly good fridge freezer no longer works and I wasn't aware that I would be charged depot to depot adding an extra hour @ $135.
Will not be recommending this service to anyone.

I am now in France and waiting for the arrival of my shipment. I now find that the documentation you requested is different to the documentation that I now have to supply. It would be so much easier if you could coordinate with your French associates so that the information is consistent and forms required made available from the outset.

Initially I was very disappointed with packing and handling in Australia. However after I addressed this with the company everything was very well handled from this point on. Everything arrived safe and 2-4wks sooner than expected. I was appreciative did this.

We're very disappointed at the damage to our goods due to negligent handling. No care was given to boxes marked fragile some coming off upside down with some items smashed as a result. Two garden stands and urns were broken despite requests at loading to handle a them with extra care as they were extremely expensive. We discussed these concerns with your Brisbane office Amu
Overall, a good service starting with Sue at the Mount Maunganui branch. Thanks Sue for helping me out and Doug.
