Conroy Removals handled the Australia leg of my international shipment (house move) from Amsterdam to Canberra (via Brisbane). Satisfied with their timely status updates and prompt response on my queries. Their detailed instructions around paperwork ensured smooth clearance from Customs and Quarantine. Goods were delivered into designated room in my house as promised. Plus one satisfied customer

"Very poor communication"
Very poor communication, emails and voicemail messages often left unanswered. Date of delivery was confirmed only one day before the final date, which made it difficult for me to make appropriate arrangements with my work.
Bicycles and garden tools were left behind in Sydney, still not delivered. I expected to be contacted about this, but did not hear anything. Probably will need to send a few more emails...... I also tried to contact the general customers phone number, but the tape describing the options contained so many cracks that I never got through.

"Polite & freindly staff"
Polite & freindly staff throughout from Megan our key liaison, the warehouse supervisor who allowed us to view the unloading of the container through to Issac and Ben who delivered our household effects.

Guys who did the delivery were great. Very professional, and nothing too much trouble. We did send a few emails to Admin, but never got replies so were uncertain if they'd been received. No big deal.

"poor organization"
The actualy delivery team were AMAZING, great guys, very professional and hardworking, I cannot say enough good stuff about them - however everything leading up to that was terrible. The correspondence and communication with the service team was vague and basically non-existant. I proactively followed up to understand the process and get my expectations right, but I never got straight answers from anyone, or in many cases, not response at all. We had to cancel a trip to be able to receive the shipment due to such poor organization by their team, as we were told it was either that date or waiting another 6 to 8 weeks (I continously followed up in the lead up to the expected quarantine clearance date to try and avoid this happening, but to no avail).
Delivered on promises
Guys were amazing.
Simon at the depot was great. Excellant service. He called me when he said he would call. Delivered on all his promises.
I had a cupboard that sustained a hole in the back of it and due to the way my spa was secured for delivery on the back of a trailer it now has 8 permanent indents on the top cover. Not happy about these issues.
