I was very satisfied overall with the service received. I supose one area that could have been better is that of communication especially where charges this end were concerned. I was a little surprised at the amounts concerned for my shipment and this could have been communicated better from the outset. I was also not expecting to have to collect my Vespa and still do not see why I had to do so given that I paid for a door to door service (paid extra for the Vespa) and the second delivery vehicle was not actually full. I was however impressed with the regular updates from the staff and the crew delivering the shipment were superb. All in all this was a hgassle free move for us.

Some Items Damaged
Some items were unfortunately damaged during the move

The guys who unpacked our container were very polite and worked quickly and efficiently. They managed to unpack the container, unwrap our items and assemble the furniture in approx 4 hours which was great. We also had a tricky entrance to our property but they made sure the truck got up to our house with no issues.

"China Cabinet arrived with the 2 front doors missing"
My Mothers China Cabinet arrived with the 2 front doors missing no explaination if they were smashed or misplaced. Also it had dents in the woodwork. Mum had waited so long to get her belongings back and dissapointing when theu are damaged/

Hey guys! Thanks so much for such a smooth transit. You worked around me the whole way and the shipping was far faster than expected. Picking up from a harbor on the AU side than accommodating a pick up on the NZ side on such short notice was unreal. On top of this, your customer facing service as well as constant updates was truely 5 star.

Mostly happy that the vehicle arrived safe and sound. Only one minor damage to a tool box handle that was broken but overall we would definitely use Conroy again.
