"considerate and careful with our goods"
Really Excellent Communication
The team overall were really excellent. I was very impressed with their efforts, communications and helfpfulness. I'd very happily recommend the team to anyone moving, whether overseas move or not.
The communications we received throughout the whole process was really excellent.
The stresses of dealing with customs and immigrations etc were just eliminated with the help from the Conroys team.

My husband and I have used Conroy Removals twice and both times we have had the pleasure of dealing with John Rowden. (The first time, we shipped our personal effects from Brisbane to our home in Gisborne NZ and the second time we shipped a vehicle from Brisbane to the Port of Napier NZ). John is very helpful, friendly and efficient. Any questions I had, I would email John and he would reply immediately or later that day. I would not hesitate to recommend Conroy to anyone! We were very happy with their service! Thanks again John!

"Nothing was too much trouble"
This is the 2nd time that I have had the pleasure of working with Team Conroy again.
Your boys, Cory, John and Shaun are phenomenal, moving my furniture with great care and always wearing smiles. Nothing was too much trouble. They arrived punctually for the move and clean up all the packing materials afterwards.
I have recommended your services to friends moving overseas.

The service has been great, however a pair of new expensive rare sneakers are missing from our suitcase. To me it appears that someone has stolen these. Unfortunately because of this I will be recommending to my friends moving home to Australia to not use Conroy. I have contacted Conroy about this and recieved a reply but have not heard back in a week.

The response to Sabine's need was completed and arranged within the hour of me requesting a quote. Every person I have spoken to in the Townsville branch was curtious and kind. I was impressed with the shared knowlegde of Sabine's situation and how the members of the team dealt with matter with respect. I personally would always recommend Conroy removalist and I personally will be using them in my personal life if and when required. Again thank you so much.

We were very please with the services in Noosa and the dats of arrival in New Zealand were completely right. However seeing the custom clearance was given before it arrived the time from arrival in New Zealand to delivery to or apartment seemed to be quite delayed. 28/08/2017. Even then we had to ring up about what was happening before a delivery date was arranged. the first delivery date was put off for a day. "The item did not get on the truck." The people who delivered them were excellent.

Very happy with the two people who came and deliver our Goodes they were being polite, considerate and careful with our goods. They also came on time and very helpful. Five stars for them.
